Qualified Entrant:
Someone who is of legal years of age or older in the State or Province in which they enter, but does not include:
employees, agents, successors and assigns of Gateway Casinos & Entertainment, the Prize Supplier or any advertising agencies or promotional companies engaged by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment in connection with the Contest;
family and household members of same; and
all banned members as well as participants in a Self-Exclusion (VSE) Program during the Entry Period.
How to Enter to Win the Prize:
During the Entry Period, Qualified Entrants may enter the Contest via:

During the Entry Period, the Contest entry code (e.g. “BEACH”) (“Entry Code”) and phone number (+16043590999)
will be displayed at all Facilities. To enter the Contest you must have a mobile telephone that has a two-way
messaging capable handset and digital service feature. To enter the Contest, you must generate a new text or SMS
message with your mobile phone and then send the Entry Code to the Contest phone number. By sending the Entry Code
(or any other characters) you consent to Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and/or Prize Supplier communicating back to you via SMS message
or telephone voice calls for the purposes of administering the Contest. You will receive a message asking you
to confirm you are 21+ (USA), 19+ (BC & ON) or 18+ (AB) years or older. To confirm you meet the age restrictions,
reply with the message “Yes” to the Contest phone number. You will then receive a message asking you to confirm
participation by confirming consent to these Contest Terms for the Contest. To confirm your participation and
consent, reply with the message “Agree” to the Contest phone number. Not all phones offer text messaging or SMS.
Consult your phone’s instruction manual to determine how to send an SMS or text message with your phone.
Text messaging/SMS is not available in all areas. Standard text messaging/SMS service charges apply.
Check your carrier plan for your standard text messaging/SMS fees. Entries received after the Entry Period are
ineligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the Qualified Entrant who submitted a selected entry
with a mobile phone, the selected entry will be deemed to be made by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below)
of the mobile phone number at the time of entry. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person who is
assigned a mobile telephone number by a wireless provider, telecommunications carrier or other organization
responsible for assigning the submitted mobile telephone number associated with the selected entry. Limited to 1
entries per day.
Online
During the Entry Period, fill out and submit an on-line ballot at http://www.gatewaycontests.com with your name, date of birth,
e-mail address and day and evening telephone numbers to receive one (1) entry into the Contest. If the identity of
an on-line entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be
deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail
address is considered the authorized account holder. The selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the
authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All on-line entries must be submitted from
a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of
receipt of a valid online entry in the Contest will be Gateway Casinos & Entertainment’s server machine(s). Limited to 1
entries per day.

General Conditions:
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Contest.
All winners must answer a skill testing question before the Prize is awarded.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment may, at its sole discretion and without liability to any person, alter, amend, suspend or cancel the Contest and/or the Contest Terms at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and its designees shall have the right to publish the name, location, likeness and a recent photograph of the winner(s) without remuneration to them.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not award any prize in the event that the integrity of all, or a part, of the Contest is compromised (including, but not limited to, due to computer error, fraud, deception, misrepresentation or misuse). Gateway Casinos & Entertainment further reserves the right, at is sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from the Contest that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, or the operation of the Contest, to be acting or be in violation of the Contest Terms; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or to interfere in any manner with any aspect of this Contest. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, copied, or like entry methods, will void any entries made by any such methods, and will disqualify any participant using such methods without further notice to the participant
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment makes no representations or warranties whatsoever, either expressed or implied, oral or written, in respect of any prize.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment is not responsible for any typographical errors in the administration of the Contest and/or in any Contest related materials.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable or convertible to cash. The refusal by an entrant to accept any prize releases and forever discharges Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and the Prize Supplier from all obligations to that entrant in connection with the Contest, including delivery of any prize. Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and the Prize Supplier reserve the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, in the event that all or any component of the Prize is unavailable. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.
Before being awarded the Prize, the potential winner will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment or the Prize Supplier, a full release and indemnity form (and any additional waivers as may be required by the Prize Supplier) stating, among other things, that he/she has read and understood the Contest Terms, grants all consents required by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and the Prize Supplier, agrees to be available and to participate in publicity and/or promotions related to the Contest and/or the Prize Supplier and/or similar matters, authorizes Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and the Prize Supplier to broadcast, publish, disseminate and otherwise use his/her name, city/town/village and state/province/territory of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice and all other indicia of personality, in connection with any promotion and/or publicity, and/or for general news, and/or for entertainment and/or information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner, beyond the awarding of the Prize, accepts the Prize as offered and releases Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and the Prize Supplier from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner's participation in the Contest and receipt and/or use of the Prize.
In the event that a potential winner does not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these Contest Terms, Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and the Prize Supplier shall have the right to disqualify the potential winner, and draw an alternate potential winner, and Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and the Prize Supplier shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
All entries become the property of Gateway Casinos & Entertainment who assumes no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries.
All Gateway Casinos & Entertainment decisions in relation to the Contest are final and binding.
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used, accessed, disclosed and stored by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment only for the purposes of conducting and administering the Contest by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment or through a third party program administrator, including but not limited to, the awarding of prize(s), and for any additional purposes described in our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Contest, each entrant: (i) grants to Gateway Casinos & Entertainment the right to use his/her name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of administering the Contest, including but not limited to contacting and announcing the winner; (ii) grants to Gateway Casinos & Entertainment the right to use his/her Personal Information for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Contest in any and all media without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (iii) acknowledges that Gateway Casinos & Entertainment may disclose his/her Personal Information to third-party agents and service providers of Gateway Casinos & Entertainment in connection with any of the activities listed in (i) and/or (ii) above.
The Contest (including the Contest Terms) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
